BILLBOARD AND TRANSIT CAMPAIGN
TMG worked with Centralized Intake to create a comprehensive branding and awareness campaign for their abuse reporting hotline, which operates 24/7 to support both child and adult victims of abuse and neglect.
TMG’s Goals and objectives were to:
- Develop new branding for the hotline
- Craft clear messaging explaining how and when to report abuse, emphasizing that reporting is a positive action that helps vulnerable citizens
- Raise awareness of the hotline as the go-to resource for reporting both child and adult abuse, as well as requests for services like delinquent teens or adults needing placement
- Highlight the hotline’s role in handling both Child Protective Services (CPS) and Adult Protective Services (APS) reports
- Promote the hotline in both urban and rural areas, ensuring a broad reach, especially in regions with lower reporting rates
Tactics:
- TMG focused on strategically placed billboards and transit ads, particularly targeting urban areas with high visibility, while also considering rural areas where abuse may be underreported
- The campaign’s messaging framed reporting abuse as a proactive, helpful step to ensure the safety of individuals in need, while educating the public on how and when to make a report
Through this project, TMG helped to build awareness of the hotline, encourage reporting, and foster a supportive environment for those in vulnerable situations.
