WIC staff across West Virginia needed a streamlined, engaging way to receive consistent customer service training—whether in individual or group learning environments. The agency’s existing PowerPoint presentation was outdated and lacked the clarity, tone, and modern delivery format necessary to effectively train a diverse and widespread team. A full transformation of the training experience of the visual delivery was required.

Solution
TMG led the creative overhaul by repurposing the dated PowerPoint content into a compelling video training series. Our in-house animation and motion graphics team brought the scripts to life, creating engaging visuals that illustrated real-world scenarios in a relatable and digestible format. To further enhance clarity and tone, we collaborated with a professional voiceover artist, ensuring consistent pacing and energy across all lessons.
